Call our office for more information or to schedule an appointment. To make an appointment for a neuropsychological evaluation, you may FAX medical referral information to us. Please include information about how to contact the patient and the reason for the referral. The referral must also indicate the name of the doctor and state that ‘Neuropsychological Testing’ is being requested.

A neuropsychological evaluation may take from four to six hours, or longer, depending on the nature of the referral and the presenting problem.

A psychological evaluation, also referred to as a psychodiagnostic evaluation, usually takes about five hours, but may last longer depending on the type of case.
